why can I not get any lights to come on when transferring a program when I am using my IPAD??? I plugged into my friends computer and the lights all worked but will not go on when I try to use the IPAD?
Devalinda, this is usually an iPad audio-output issue, not the GlowPad. Try these quick checks:
Use an Apple/MFi‑certified USB‑C or Lightning–to–3.5 mm adapter—many third‑party adapters work with headphones but not with the IC Pad .
Start the transfer first, then turn the iPad volume to maximum; if needed, toggle volume up again after connecting the pad .

Unplug the pad and start the transfer— you should hear the transfer sound from the iPad; if not, restart the iPad and try again .
Reseat the adapter/cable a few times or try a different 3.5 mm aux cable (they can fail) .
If you have Glowing IC Pad 3, try Bluetooth mode as a workaround; if Bluetooth was turned off on the pad, hold the button ~10 seconds to re‑enable it, then pair again .
If it still won’t light on the iPad but works on a computer, it’s almost always the adapter—switching to Apple’s USB‑C/Lightning audio adapter typically resolves it.
Anton SF Thank you so much. It is an older IPAD . My friend has an adapter cord for her ipad and it does not fit into the charging place on mine so I will have to find an older one somewhere

Devalinda, does you iPad has headphones jack? if so, then you don't need an adapter. But, please try using Chrome browser and make sure sound level is set to maximum after you start the transfer.

Devalinda, Brave is usually good, as it is based on Chromium engine. Please test your headphones jack by connecting regular headphones and see if you get sound in headphones.
