Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, I have the IC Pad. Does it matter what the material of the container is (i.e. glass versus plastic). Did i read that you can put the IC pad directly on you in lieu of water IC?

Hi Juan, you can use plastic or glass, but not metal. Glass is considered a better option. The best way of using Imprint ICs is to transfer them to the water and for PEMF ICs is to transfer them directly to the body. This IC is PEMF. For detailed information... 查看更多

Good morning, I just received my new glow pad, but am having trouble transferring. When I charge it, the yellow light turns on, but then after about 1 minute, it turns off. But, it won't glow when I start a transfer (the volume is all the way up on my laptop), what am I doing wrong? Thank you for any guidance, Chiara
Hi Chiara, Please watch a short video on how to set up Glowing IC Pad at "how to use Glowing IC Pad page".
If the yellow light goes off in 1 minute then IC Pad is fully charged. To transfer ICs you need to connect IC Pad to your smartphone or laptop with an audio cable. During the transfer, you should not hear sound coming from your smartphone or laptop if using the Glowing IC Pad.
