Could you please guide me on PEMF application. It says to put the device on the sternum if there is no specific location mentioned in PEMF description. I looked at several Rife PEMFs and did not see any. Maybe I missed where it describes the targeted area. Or the name of the Rife PEMF is the targeted area? Sample : there is Rife PEMF IC for hip pain. Nothing I found on the screen about where to apply the glowing platform. So, Should I put my glowing pad on my hip ( and where on the hip) or on the sternum?
Also, Can you please give me a sample where there is such a description. It will help me to clear up my confusion.

Hi Irene, yes, correct, if the name or description mentions a specific area of the body or organ, then it is better to place the device at that location. For example when using "Arthritis Knee Pain (Rife)" IC you need to place the device on the knee, as this IC is specifically for know. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you!
