Hi Sun, practitioners recommend applying a transfer device to the sternum or stomach due to high blood flow in those areas. The spine is safe as well. I tried Woojer with ICs and it feels nice but very strong (especially if putting Woojer on a chest), make sure you adjust the intensity/volume so you don't feel uncomfortable.
