This combination provides vitamin, mineral, and amino acid support that is specific for stress reduction, anxiety relief, and relaxation. It also may help support the activity of the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA. This combination should be considered not only for stress, but anxiety and panic attacks, addiction recovery, and insomnia. These nutrients are not sedating, but simply help to decrease sympathetic ('fight or flight') activity in the brain and thus help promote calm and focus. This IC Complex would even be appropriate as a study aid and for ADD/ADHD.

Hello, I'm using the glowing pad. If I connect it via the headphone output, there's no light; it doesn't seem to be working. If I connect it via Bluetooth, I get lights. Is this normal? Thank you.
