Hi Elizabeth, best would be at least 3 times a day, but you can try just drinking it twice.

Hi Paris, we recommend drinking the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, at least 50ml each time.

Hi Sioban, please check that the audio volume is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.
