What would be the most beneficial treatment in case of severe knee osteoarthritis in medial compartment of the knee? Do you need to apply the IC pad directly to the knee? Many thanks!!!

Irina, sorry you’re dealing with that knee pain. For medial-compartment knee osteoarthritis, you can do simple two-part plan: local PEMF for pain/inflammation, plus an imprinted water complex for cartilage and synovial support. We use this for our 9year old son for overall optimal wellness. Since using it he has not experienced the seasonal allergy symptoms that had previously plagued him. Before using the complex he would have swelling under his eye; sinus issues and didn't want to go outside. This summer he was able to play outside without the conditions. It's also helped with his moods and gut balance.

HMB is one of my favorite physical performance enhancers, I used it in supplemental form for several months and it helped me put on some muscle so I'm happy to see it here as an IC that I can drink between sets - will do some experimentation with it!
