I'm a holistic nutritionist and I tend to have high blood sugar despite a high-quality, whole foods diet and a lot of exercise. I'm currently wearing a continuous glucose monitor, which I do every once in a while to keep an eye on my blood sugar. I'm 50 years old and my hormones have been changing a lot in the past year so I believe lower estrogen levels are making my blood sugars even worse than usual so I wanted to track it for a bit. I finished dinner about an hour ago and my blood sugar peaked at 10.3 mmol/L and was starting to drop. I did a bit of exercise like I usually do to help it regulate and then I put this song on. It started dropping very fast and got down to 5.3 before beginning to stabilize. It hasn't been below 6 in the past two days. I'll keep experimenting with this one, but based on this experience it looks like it really works well. Thank you!
