I have ordered a glowing IC pad from the website, however I have had no email conformation of my order in any of my accounts and wondered how long it will take for mr to get my product as it say pre-order, many thanks

Hi Aengus, thank you for your purchase! your IC Pad arrived at the warehouse in your country and soon will be shipped to you. Once shipped, you will see an update on the "Orders" page. You should probably receive it this or earlier next week.
