Is it better to listen to this IC via headphones or speakers? And does it make sense to use it in combination with the inflammation pemf?

Hi Tina, thank you for your questions! You can use whichever option is more comfortable for you. You can differently use it in combinations with inflammations PEMF.

Hi Greg - these look great. To clarify, do I imprint 1 liter all at once? The instruction video seems to have a different procedure, as well as timeframe for using up the IC's. Thank you! Natasha

Hi Natasha, yes you initially imprint 1L of water. You can, as the video says, drink down to about 1/4L then refill and shake that bottle and continue to drink out of it. It can refill that way for 3 days, at which point you need to imprint a new bottle of water. I personally like the idea of doing a new imprint each day just to be sure it is full potency. But the refill is obviously OK as well, and more convenient.

Hi Greg - I hope you are well! I am wondering about the IC prednisone for adrenal fatigue. If I take it will it suppress my immune system, and will my adrenals shut down cortisol production? Do I have to avoid taking it long term, and taper off of it? Or because it's in IC form none of that applies? Thank you so much. Natasha

Hi Natasha, My expectation is that the IC prednisone would not have any suppressive effect on your adrenal function. Regarding your immune function, keep in mind that cortisol is a very important hormone that our body produces to help limit the inflammation in the body. The IC should establish a healthy cortisol "tone" in your body, but should not be directly immunosuppressive. That said, I encourage you to start with a modest dose of perhaps... See more
