Hi Griffin, it is best to Imprint this IC to water and then drink it. You can also Imprint this IC to a body cream that you usually use and apply it to the skin.

hey Anton! does imprinting certain ICs changes the taste of the water? If yes then can other people differentiate between regular water and imprinted water? Another question can I use plastic water bottle to imprint? Thank you in advance.

Hi Sultan, yes, some people reported that the Imprinted water tastes a bit different. Not like each IC taste different, but in general, after treatment water has a bit different taste. Yes, you can use a plastic bottle to imprint ICs.
