Thanks Anthony. Is there a time limit to stop? I have to do another test in 3 months. I can continue until where to stop a little meanwhile? If not for cholesterol, what would you recommend? Thank you, Chris

Hi TERRA, the person for whom this complex was created uses it daily instead of actual thyroxine medications (which usually is taken daily). They prepare bottle of water and drink it throughout the day. Try using it at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml of water each time for the next 3 months. Hello Anton Yes the volume was turned up on the last 3 tries I have MAC laptop I used the earplugs on the transfer and there was definitely noise. ???
