I used this program with the IC hummer against the bottom of my right foot, thatโs the worst one, but I did sit with the soles of my feet both against the hummer. I only did one treatment yesterday morning and was shocked , am still shocked, at the lack of pain I feel in my plantar fascia twenty four hours later. I ran it again just now. I am excited to see where this goes. I wonโt know myself without severe plantar fasciitis:/

Ho fatto solo un trattamento ieri mattina e sono rimasto scioccato, lo sono ancora, per la mancanza di dolore che sento nella fascia plantare ventiquattro ore dopo. L'ho eseguito di nuovo proprio ora. Sono entusiasta di vedere dove va a finire. Non mi riconoscerรฒ senza una grave fascite plantare:/
