I was recently diagnosed with high blood sugars and had uncomfortable nerve twinges in my feet and legs. I used this IC (with 1 repetition) along with L-Glutamine, and within 10 minutes the symptoms vanished, and I was able to sleep through the night.
Later through research, I found that this problem is commonly associated with vitamin B-1 deficiency as well.
I am now taking (yeast-based) B-complex 50mg vitamins along with the IC, and these symptoms are no longer bothering me.
