I received my IC pad around 6 days ago.ย As of last night. It will no longer fully charge. The red light comes on for 5 minutes and then goes off. I thought it may still be charging but, when I go to use it. The red light flashes as if the battery is dead. I have tried using various plugs and the same thing happens. Any ideas... See more

I have just got it to charge a little and managed 2 imprints. Is the red light supposed to stay on the whole time itโs charging? I will keep you informed on how long the charge lasts.

Thank you for your reply. No the button is not touched. The red light sometimes comes on for 4 or 5 minutes then goes off. It will turn on but, wonโt transfer and the red light flashes, to show low battery then switches off. I have tried various plugs and USB cables but it doesnโt make a difference. It just wonโt charge. I have been trying all day.ย
