Hello everyone,

I'm brand new here and am just starting to read around.
I am unvaccinated but still seriously ill with long-term covid. Which infoceuticals & complexes are suitable for this condition? Since there are so many, I am overwhelmed. ๐Ÿ˜… What should I start with?
