I used this program with the IC hummer against the bottom of my right foot, thatโs the worst one, but I did sit with the soles of my feet both against the hummer. I only did one treatment yesterday morning and was shocked , am still shocked, at the lack of pain I feel in my plantar fascia twenty four hours later. I ran it again just now. I am excited to see where this goes. I wonโt know myself without severe plantar fasciitis:/

Ich habe gestern Morgen nur eine Behandlung durchgefรผhrt und war schockiert, bin immer noch schockiert, รผber das Fehlen von Schmerzen, die ich 24 Stunden spรคter in meiner Plantarfaszie spรผre. Ich habe es jetzt nochmal laufen lassen. Ich bin gespannt, wohin das fรผhrt. Ohne schwere Plantarfasziitis kenne ich mich nicht aus:/
