Hydrogen water is water that has been infused with hydrogen molecules. Hydrogen water may be used to help decrease inflammation, boost athletic performance, improve muscle recovery after a workout, slow down the aging process, support the nervous system, improve mood, and prevent oxidative stress. It may also be used to help those with metabolic syndrome as well as arthritis. This IC was made with the help of dissolving a magnesium tablet in water, which produced hydrogen as well as magnesium hydroxide.

I have a high end top of the line hydrogen water bottle. How does that affect imprinting the water. I’m guessing I would imprint the water after the hydrogen making process is finished? Or is it best not to imprint water that is already infused with hydrogen. It’s a bottle developed by Nuno Nina a frequency medicine specialist out of Portugal who has created this hydrogen water bottle .
