Please, more clarity on how many ICs one may take in a day.ย  I have a couple of formulas going for myself for different conditions.ย  There are more than 6.ย  Somewhere here I see your comment, Anton, that people begin with 6 but some use more?ย  something like that.ย  Please clarify.ย  I imagine it is individual and start slowly, experiment...?ย  ย  There is a complex shared below for the nervous system... I recall Daniel advising in the introductory webinar to set 3 health goals, so I suppose to address 3 conditions, and in case you want to create you own complexes for the treatment to not put more than 6 ICs into them.ย 
I only found out that there is one developer, Dr Akemi Borjas who actually offers more in depth training that might or might not be helpful for you... See more
