My son has autism and is moving to high school in September. This is a massive change for him. Looking for recommendations for anything that can help him with this transition and help him feel calm. Thanks 🙏

I think they mainly used the brain reset, called concussion and vagus on the custom care frequency mode bank. I trust Daniel Knebel has made an IC out of it. Together with nutrition and detox.

Can anyone suggest anything to help with getting over narcissistic abuse? In childhood but that has continued into adulthood. Thanks

I would like to suggest to find a good psychologist or psychotherapist who is trained and experienced in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR and/ or Brain Spotting. There is so much growth that can happen when you learn to understand and begin to work directly with the nervous system. And then use ICs as a supportive adjunct to it.

I don't think it matters which side is up or down. I would imagine that the light frequency goes through then.
I have used X39 and rife osteoporosis.
I have imprinted holographic stickers for eye health that I stuck to the inside of my eye mask to use at night.
