Which IC can I use if the scar is so sensitive to pressure that I can't put on a shoe? It's located on the shinbone near the tibialis anterior tendon between the instep and the lower shinbone.

Christina Hengl,ย  thanks for the details. For a pressure-sensitive scar on the shin (near tibialis anterior), hereโ€™s a focused plan:

โ€ข Scars PEMF โ€” primary choice to soften scar tissue and reduce tethering; run it daily with the Pad over/adjacent to the tender line (you can use a... See more

Infopathy Team Thank you. Can I use the program Connective Tissue Stabilizer take it, it's in there too and something else for the connective tissue?!

2. How long should the spacing be for PEMF and how long for imprints in water?

Christina Hengl, yes, you can add Connective Tissue Stabilizer as your daily Imprint for connective-tissue support. It already includes items like collagen peptides and the BPC-157/TB-500 blend, so it nicely complements your scar plan. Imprint to water and sip through the day.

Infopathy Team And one more question: If I have a lump or adhesion on the tibialis anterior tendon, what can I use? I have tibialis anterior tendinopathy on both sides and also tibialis posterior insufficiency in both feet. The tendons are frayed and feel like they're about to tear. The... See more

ย Christina Hengl, hereโ€™s a clear order using the same three PEMFs we outlined, plus how to handle a lump/adhesion on the tibialis anterior:

Order (most days):

  1. Nerve Rehab (Acute) โ€” PEMF โ†’ run first if the area feels zingy/burning or very touch-sensitive.
    ย
  2. Scars โ€” PEMF โ†’ then work directly... See more

Any suggestions for bursitis in the knee and severe hip/back pain? Only finding NSAID in the library as an option. Iโ€™m ill and very sensitive to frequencies so best placement options would be nice. Thx

Crystal , for knee bursitis and severe hip/back pain, here are the two best options:

  1. Trauma โ€“ good for inflammation, swelling, and pain from injuries.
  2. Acute Traumatic Disc PEMF โ€“ specifically for back and disc-related pain.
Best placement (if sensitive to frequencies):
  • For knee: place the IC pad near... See more
