Its primary application is audible i.e. listening (as a background sound, could be with more pleasing music/ melody) but you can imprint it into water or as PEMF i.e. placing the GolwPad on your sternum or belly button or a body part/ area that needs that most

Do you have to listen to the frequency/tone? Because if so, you can't fall asleep with headphones on.

Its primary use is PEMF, which means you place your GlowPad on your sternum and let that frequency be absorbed into your body

This worked almost instantly! I never get sick, but was hit with a cold that continued to get worse despite days of trying everything...black seed, oregano, quercetin, NAC, propolis, Mullen, English ivy. A friend reminded me of infopathy and suggested this IC. I'm still in shock of how fast it worked to turn things around, and how much energy I suddenly had!
