Good morning, I have a question about water programming. I always drink warm water. Should I shake the water first, boil it, then program it or should I boil it, shake it and then program it? LG

Julitta Sauels, you can imprint water up to 30C (86F) temperature. First you need to warm up the water, then do the imprinting and then drink. Heating up water above 30C will start breaking up the imprint, boiling water completely has imprint removed. If 30C (86F) is still cold for you, then you can apply Imprint ICs directly to your body instead.

Good evening Anton, when I click on the bell at the top right, nothing is displayed. It has been spinning since yesterday. I can no longer read the notifications.

Does the water of this IC need to be taken within the 20-30 minutes of charging, due to the short half-life? Thanks.

Danny Duncan, that you for your question! Half-life of the substance does not affect how imprint should be taken, as it does not affect the imprint.
