I started using a new Android phone and when I connect my glow pad now, the blue and red LEDs only light up for a second and do not light up again while transferring. What should I do? If I need to reset the device, please explain how.

I am not sure if this is where I would ask. New owner of Glow Pad. I have a dog with CUPS (canine ulcerative periodontal Syndrome) It is an autoimmune and I believe he got it from Heavy metal overload. Any suggestions beside a Heavy mental detox?

I find this very helpful, I particularly love the first part of this audible - like being wrapped in a giant purrr! However my husband can't stand any of it, finds it extremely annoying and unhelpful. However that may not be surprising as he finds Handel and Mozart etc just as annoying! He is hearing impaired- some frequencies he cannot hear at all - like electric alarms- can go off beside him and he's oblivious. A brain scan a few years ago found... See more

1. Make sure it is charged, connected properly and volume is up
2. Hold the On/Off button until it glows red. Release. Now turn on
3. Turn Bluettooth off then on again. Reconnect
4. Reopen Infopathy.com in a new tab
