I am having problems with both my ic hummer and pad. The hummer stops producing sound after 34 seconds, even though bluetooth remains connected and the infopathy website continues its process going through the download, so as a back up have used the pad but the sound is so quiet... The hummer stops producing sound after 34 seconds, even though bluetooth remains connected and the infopathy website continues its process going through the download, so as a back up have used the pad but the sound is so quiet, even with the volume on max, that it is barely audible. So now have two pieces of kit and no way to transmit. I've fully charged the hummer, there are no other bluetooth devices connected, the settings on my mac for sound show the IC hummer as output, but nothing is coming through. Help !!

Hi Hugo, please try to restart your Mac, that may help with the issue. You can also try using another browser, like Chrome. At some macOS updates, there was an issue with playing sound in Safari on Infopathy (we had it a few weeks ago, but now it works normally)... You can also try using IC Hummer with a smartphone or other computer if available.
Regarding IC Pad, it primarily emits EMF, but no sound. It is normal that it produces just a quiet sound, so your IC Pad is working correctly.
