Latrodectus Mactans 7CH is a homeopathic preparation traditionally made from the black widow spider. It is best known for its strong association with sudden, intense nerve and muscle pain and may help with sharp, cramping pains, muscle spasms, and radiating discomfort that can come on abruptly. Additionally, it may help with chest discomfort (including tightness or cramping sensations) and intense neuralgic-type pain that may come in waves.
