Hello, I would like to ask what the functional difference is between the red and blue lights on a glowing IC? Thank you.

Jimmy , here's what the lights do:

Red light โ€“ good for circulation, reducing inflammation, tissue healing โ†’ use for pain, recovery, skin repair.

Blue light โ€“ antimicrobial, calming โ†’ use for skin issues, relaxation, calming the mind.

Infrared light โ€“ penetrates deep into muscles/joints โ†’ use for deep pain, muscle/joint recovery.

Please note, Infrared lights are not visible for our eyes.ย
