Just getting a bit confused. So just let me know the priority and duration (when I should check back with you and I'll follow up). Also what is the recommended dosage for optimal treatment. I know its twice a day but what is the amount recommended? Is it 8oz of each am and pm? Or less or more? I want to take same amount each time so I can judge if its too much or too little and also how to get maximum effect. Thank you
