Dorothee Osterhagen , 그 중 어떤 것이든 효과가 있어야 하며, 3.5% 농도를 사용하여 불편함을 느끼지 않아야 합니다. 또는 식염수 준비에 대한 일반적인 권장 사항은 물 1컵(200ml)에 바다 소금 또는 히말라야 소금 1티스푼을 녹이는 것입니다. 그러면 약 2.5% 용액이 됩니다.
