Hi Cristina, please make sure the audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or laptop after you started the transfer. If that does not help, please send us a link to your complex here [email protected] we will check if there is an issue. Thank you!

Hi John, do you mean you hear some distortions when listen this IC with headphones? This IC has a set of frequencies, that change every 3 minutes. Please try to restart your phone/laptop or use another device to see if it makes difference.
