Hi Niko, check what time is now and start the transfer of IC that corresponds to that time. Apply IC Pad to a specific organ that corresponds to that IC. For example, now is 2:43 p.m. where I am located. I should choose "1-3 p.m. Small Intestine" in the playlist and apply IC Pad to a small intestine. When the next IC starts need to move IC Pad to a different location.

Hi Niko, yes, you can use regular headphones with Audible ICs.
