Daniel Knebel, thank you very much, I'll try it right away :-) I have one more question: I would like to help a neighbor who has a stenosis, is bent over and can't walk more than 50 meters because of the pain. Thanks!

I almost feel like this made me more anxious, do you think that means I don't need it???

Hi Glenda, thank you for sharing your experience! Yes, it may be the cause. In some cases (usually pain-related) practitioners report that symptoms can become more intense when just starting to use some IC (for example pain is stronger), but in 2-3 days it goes away. Maybe this is the case for you with this IC. When listening this IC you can also lower the audio volume.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks Anton. About an hour or so after using the IC the first time I noticed feeling very relaxed, so it just took a little while for the results. I will lower the volume next time I need to use this IC like you suggested.

Hi Suzanne, based on practitioners' observations and users' experience there is no side effects from ICs.
