Hi Franรงoise, using 30 day methods (method 2) you can some small tinctures with different ICs (total 6 ICs as mentioned DREC), label them and give them to people who don't have transfer devices.

Hello Franรงoise, yes, you can take 1 glass per day as suggested by the DREC in its protocol. Usually we suggest (general recommendation) to take the same IC or complex at least 3 times a day.

Hi Lucinda, yes, you can use Audible ICs with headphones. You only can not apply IC Pad or IC Hummer to heart area if using pacemaker.
