I used this program with the IC hummer against the bottom of my right foot, that’s the worst one, but I did sit with the soles of my feet both against the hummer. I only did one treatment yesterday morning and was shocked , am still shocked, at the lack of pain I feel in my plantar fascia twenty four hours later. I ran it again just now. I am excited to see where this goes. I won’t know myself without severe plantar fasciitis:/

Usé este programa con el hummer IC contra la parte inferior de mi pie derecho, ese es el peor, pero me senté con las plantas de mis pies contra el hummer. Usé este programa con el hummer IC contra la parte inferior de mi pie derecho, ese es el peor, pero me senté con las plantas de mis pies contra el hummer. Solo hice un tratamiento ayer por la mañana y me sorprendió, todavía me sorprende la falta de dolor que siento en mi fascia plantar veinticuatro horas después. Lo ejecuté de nuevo justo ahora. Estoy emocionado de ver a dónde va esto. No me conoceré sin una fascitis plantar severa :/
