Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Hello, I still can't use the glowing IC Pad with the USB output.
I bought an adapter but it doesn't connect. What should I do?

I usually recommend getting official iPhone audio cable adapter from official Apple websiteย https://www.apple.com/fr/shop/product/MW2Q3ZM/A/adaptateur-usb%E2%80%91c-vers-mini%E2%80%91jack-35-mm?fnode=86aed03aab1cda8bb2701c0e5e2191d9f91a16d330fca181cda3f2304712a9822a6e2195c9b25d1e7dbb2587d2392515c7ab3b9026e5e1afc5d4e458efe91fbf3c0c3b84b03bf2274deb4298fad5ffee314376ea64b33f1c46433657b71588d8

should work for iPhone and Android devices. If still not working, please let me know your phone model, maybe there are other settings to check. Thank you!

Adapter your purchased does not fit the phone or GlowPad? Please note, USB port of GlowPad is only for charging the battery. To transfer IC you need to plug audio jack into GlowPad.ย

Hi, I am just wondering if we are any closer to getting the app on Android? We joined this group in May and then you said in a month. We have managed to put the app on an older iPad but our phones are android. Thank you

Fiona Perl, it seems we are about 1-2 months away for some time already.. somethings unxepected keep delaying the release. Last update from the team that it should be ready around mid of September..ย

Hello
The one problem that I have seen as a constant with the app, is that the glow pad doesn't register when the treatment is over, and the lights remain on. I have to close the app to make the lights go out. 
PS I use the cord, so this is not a bluetooth issue.

Petra Vernon, thank you for letting us know! We are working on a new player engine for the app. Should be released soon. It may fix that issue.
