I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show “Join”/“Install” directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version,
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Hi there.. I have posted this before but I made a “malaria” complex and I still can not download it. Everything else I (until now) can, but this one I can’t

It would also be nice if you see on the initial result page if a imprint/complex/PEMF is already downloaded. Now I have to click further to see it… and if you have a lot of items than that can... See more

It’s really strange. I created a new complex of the same malaria content but still it won’t allow me to download it… I really hope it can be fixed :(

Hello Cynthia ! May I know your phone model and how many ICs are there in your Malaria complex? And what happens when you click download? If the file is too big and there's a slow internet connection, download may be slow too in some cases. The download progress bar should also show if download is successful. I hope you can share more details to help us investigate this issue... See more

Hi there.. for some reason since today it doesn’t show my own created complexes. It says I have none… while I clearly have.

Hi, I have been using the app for a while. But now the app doesn't show any of my "Created" ICs. When I sign in to the website all my Created ICs are there. I use Android...

Hi Laura, please make sure your logged into the same account on the App. You can check for example your History or Liked, if they have same items as on the web.

Anton SF the next day after I power cycled my phone again the created ICs show up again on the app. I did recently change the email for my account, I only have one account as far as I know.
Thank you for the work you do. Infopathy is such a valuable resource!!!
