I understand that you can also print IC on holographic stickers. How do you use such a sticker once you have made it?

I assume you place the sticker on the glow path and then do the transfer, just like you do with water. Is that correct?

Nancy Meijer-van Asselt, yes, imprint holographic stickers exactly like water: place the sticker(s) on the Glowing IC Pad and start the transfer; for stickers choose the Water imprinting mode (All at once) and you can put any side up, even imprint several at once . Michele Vale , here are the ICs that can help:
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) : Helps reduce sugar cravings by supporting serotonin and improving mood.
AMPK Activator : Helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce hunger swings, and improve metabolism.
