First, I have subacromial subdeltoid bursitis as well as marrow edema, wondering which IC/Pemf would be good for healing and getting that inflammation down in my shoulder. Also, for water imprinting, I notice directions say to shake water before, does that mean I canโt imprint on just a glass of water and I should buy I glass bottle to do it in?
