Molly, it is important that strengh can just little bit change, need to listen to that change. For this you can hold your fingers less tight:
Consistency: The strength of the response should be consistent across multiple tests. If it varies significantly, it may indicate that your focus or intent isn’t clear, or that you need to refine your technique.
