Sun Allergy: This combination includes ICs like Psorinoheel and Sun Remedy, which may help modulate immune responses and reduce inflammation. Although designed for sun allergies, the components might offer relief for pelvic pain associated with immune or inflammatory factors.
Additionally, incorporating Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy can be beneficial. This therapy focuses on strengthening and relaxing pelvic floor muscles, which can alleviate pain and improve function in individuals with CPPS.
We hope these suggestions help you. Best wishes for your health and well-being!
Infopathy Team Thank you for your answer. I will try the ICs straight away. Do I have to observe a time interval between drinking the different ICs? And can I drink them several times a day or should I only drink a certain number?
I have not yet had the hoped-for success with pelvic floor physiotherapy. Is there also a suitable PEMF that I could use?

Time interval: we recommend at least 10 minutes between drinking different ICs/Complexes to let your body process each one.
How many ICs per day: overall we recommend focusing on up to 3 health goals at a time. Start with just small number of ICs and later add more.
PEMF suggestion: You might consider trying the Inflammation and Pain or the Will Power (Sacral Chakra) PEMF. These can help with inflammation and support relaxation and energy flow in the pelvic region.
I used to have to take a horse dose of Naproxen for my debilitating cramps. This IC, along with Daniel s song Happy Special Days made the pain and related anxiety vanish
