I ordered a Glowing IC pad on 3 March (and received an acknowledgement email on the same day) but according to the Orders section for my account it has still not been shipped. When will it be shipped and when can I expect to receive it (in the UK)? Thanks.
Ich habe am 3. März ein Glowing IC-Pad bestellt (und am selben Tag eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail erhalten), aber laut Abschnitt "Bestellungen" für mein Konto wurde es noch nicht versendet. Wann wird es versendet und wann kann ich damit rechnen (in Großbritannien)? Vielen Dank.
