Ciao Maureen, prova quanto segue: 1) Carica IC Pad per circa 2 ore. 2) Assicurati che il volume dell'audio sul tuo computer o telefono sia impostato al massimo dopo aver avviato il trasferimento 3) Riavvia il computer o il telefono 4) Sostituisci il cavo audio, potrebbe essere rotto. Il cavo si chiama "cavo Aux da 3,5 mm". Per favore, fammi sapere se รจ stato d'aiuto. Grazie!
