I ordered a Glowing IC pad on 3 March (and received an acknowledgement email on the same day) but according to the Orders section for my account it has still not been shipped. When will it be shipped and when can I expect to receive it (in the UK)? Thanks.
J'ai commandé un Glowing IC pad le 3 mars (et j'ai reçu un e-mail d'accusé de réception le même jour), mais selon la section Commandes de mon compte, il n'a toujours pas été expédié. Quand sera-t-il expédié et quand puis-je m'attendre à le recevoir (au Royaume-Uni)? Merci.
