Hi Andrea, do you have sound on youtube if you don't connect the IC Pad? if you have sound on youtube but when connecting IC Pad, it does not flash, maybe something happens to an IC Pad cable.

Hola Andrea, ยฟtienes sonido en youtube si no conectas el IC Pad? Si tiene sonido en youtube pero al conectar el IC Pad, no parpadea, tal vez algo le pase a un cable del IC Pad.
