For some reason this IC only works if I keep the webpage open on my phone and donโ€™t let it go into power saving mode; the others work even if I start using other apps and have the site open in the background. Any idea why this one is different?

Instructions say to put disk on stomach but when clicking on transfer, you are asked to put the water on the disk. Which one is it?
