Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) consists of three essential amino acids, which are leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAAs may be used to increase muscle growth, support lean muscle mass, promote muscle function during exercise, reduce muscle soreness after a workout, reduce exercise fatigue, and prevent muscle wasting or breakdown. BCAAs are great for those who need fuel for their muscles.
