Iron is an essential mineral that plays a role in immune system function, treating anemia, improving muscle strength, reducing fatigue, improving concentration, and restoring sleep. Additionally, iron helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function. This IC was created with the help of iron (chelated form) and additional vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, magnesium, and copper to help the absorption of iron from the digestive tract.

I love the combination of minerals like copper and magnesium in this as well as b-vitamins. My daughter who I suspected was anemic perked right up after just 24 hours after drinking this.

Yesterday at lunch my friend said she has very low iron. I had the glow pad on me and we tried this complex. Incredible, the water taste changed and tasted of metal! We were both blown away

This IC works. I used it with my daughter who I had suspected was anemic and also has trouble methylating.  Within 24 hours she was feeling no more fatigue and was right as rain.
