The pituitary gland produces 7 hormones that are fundamental to health: growth hormone, luteinizing hormone, follicular stimulating hormone, thyroid-stimulating hormone, adrenal gland stimulating hormone (ACTH), prolactin, which stimulates the production of milk in pregnant women, and melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH). This latter hormone plays a central role in immune function. This IC contains glandular pituitary to support normal pituitary function. It also contains glandular hypothalamus, which is the gland that tells the pituitary how to behave. They are a powerful combination for any chronic condition where hormone imbalance is a factor.
