Hello Karine, here are recommendations for the best effects that include answers to some of your questions. Other answers I put below: 1) Agitate the water for at least 10 seconds before printing. 2) Focus on up to 3 health goals at the same time. 3) Use the same IC_ impression or the same complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml (2 oz) of water each time. 4) If you use few printing complexes, you can use them one after the other at least 10 minutes apart. 5) Before swallowing water, keep it in your mouth for 10 seconds. Try to drink IC_ water on an empty stomach. 6) Include up to 6 ICs_ in your fingerprint complex. At least when you start out you can later try to include more ICs_ in a complex and see how that works for you. Including too much CI_ in a complex may have no effect because the body will not be able to process it. 7) Same PEMF or Audible IC_ which you can use 1-2 times a day. You can use it more than 2 times a day, but it may not increase the effectiveness. ----- If you want to print the complex better in water, only include in this complex the ICs_ fingerprint, no PEMF. But you can still try to include 1-2 PEMF in the footprint complex and see how it works for you.
