It is used to treat lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, mycosis fungoides, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, retinoblastoma, and breast cancer. It is also used for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
